Timing depends on scope, access to your systems and data, integration complexity, feedback from your team and the testing needed before release. We define the first useful outcome and identify dependencies before setting a delivery plan. Share any deadline early, along with what must be working by that date, so we can discuss what belongs in the first release.

Our delivery model is built around client ownership. The engagement agreement defines the code, data, infrastructure access and documentation included in handover, along with any third-party licenses. Ongoing support and improvements can be scoped separately, so you understand both the handover and any continuing responsibilities.
